Chief Executive Officer
JAMES BEARE
James is a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and holds a BCom in Corporate Finance, Investment Finance and Financial Accounting from the University of Western Australia. He practiced with Deloitte Australia before moving into the Oil and Gas Industry followed by pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities in food manufacturing, hospitality, and telecommunications. James joined Dallaglio Investments in November 2019 and played a key role as he led the project team that built and delivered Eureka Mine on time, in 2021. Prior to his appointment as CEO, James was the Chief Operating Officer of Dallaglio during which time he was responsible for the operations of both Eureka and Pickstone Peerless mines.
James represents Dallaglio on the Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe Executive Committee and Council.
Chief Financial Officer
TAKUDZWA MUNYURWA
Takudzwa is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit from the University of South Africa as well as a master’s in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool. Takudzwa served his articles with Deloitte before moving into financial management roles in various ZSE-listed entities including Lafarge Cement, CFI Holdings and ART Corporation and the NYSE-listed Caledonia Mining Corporation’s Blanket Mine. Takudzwa has worked in the mining industry for the last 12 years and joined Dallaglio in December 2020. Takudzwa has served as a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAZ), the Tax and Other Legislation Committee of ICAZ and the Tax Committee of the Public Accountants and Auditor’s Board.
Takudzwa represents Dallaglio on the Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe Council.

MICHAEL FOWLER
With +37 years experience managing businesses in Zimbabwe. Michael has been involved with the companies that preceded Innscor since 1982 and has held a number of executive positions within the Innscor Group, Padenga, Dallaglio and others. He currently sits on the Innscor Board as a Non-Executive.

​He now serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Padenga Holdings Limited.

OLIVER KAMUNDIMU
Oliver holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently the Chief Finance Officer at Padenga and has held several senior finance roles in various companies including Finance Executive at First Mutual Holdings.

DZIKAMAI DANHA
Dzikamai holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics, University of London. He is the co-founder of IH Group, a financial services boutique in Zimbabwe. He brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance and research from both the buy-side and sell-side and has 17 years experience.

MIKE MUDONDO
Michael holds an MSc in Business Leadership and Change Management from the Leeds Metropolitan University. He is a former Executive Director-Treasury & Investment Banking at CBZ Holdings Ltd, with over 14 years in the financial services industry.

MATTHEW HOSACK
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Science, Honours degree from the University of Cape Town. He also holds a Certificate in Investment Management from the CFA UK Society. Matthew is a founding partner of Sub-Sahara Capital Group Zimbabwe, a pan-African fund management company. He has been in the fund management industry for over 16 years.

JONATHAN VELLOZA
Johnny holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Mining Engineering and Business and has extensive experience in both open pit and underground mining operations in Africa, South America and Australia. With over 25 years of experience, Johnny has held senior positions in large mining companies, including De Beers, AngloGold Ashanti, BHP Billiton and Gem Diamonds. Johnny is currently the CEO of Kobaloni Energy and sits on the Boards of Zanaga Iron Ore Company, DRA Global and the National Sea Rescue Institute (South Africa).
