Further delay by Padenga Holdings Limited ("Padenga") in the publication of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2022.
Padenga Shareholders are advised that the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange has granted approval to Padenga for a further extension period in which to publish its Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2022. Padenga will publish its Financial Statements for this period on or before the 12th May 2023. The delay has been necessitated by unanticipated challenges experienced by our external auditors (KPMG) in conclusion of their audit review processes.
